Breyer is among several notables plugging ConSource.org, which is promoted as the only free, fully indexed online library of constitutional sources, The Associated Press reports.

"They have to become involved," Breyer said after speaking to a group of high school students. "(The Constitution) won’t work unless people learn about it, unless they get involved, unless they understand. They have to know what their government is about."

The Web site will launch on Constitution Day, Sept. 17, which is the 220th anniversary of the signing of the document. The site is designed for everyone from sixth-graders to Supreme Court justices.
