Friday Forum Guidelines

We look forward to a wonderful year together at Friday Forum and hope these guidelines will help make your year a pleasant one.

  • Please be on time to hear all the announcements. Arriving at 9:30 will give you time to get your children settled and be prepared if you have an announcement to give.

  • Remember to lock your car.

  • Enter by the first back door of the church.

  • Payment of the Fall Facility Fee, $14.00, will be due by the 2nd Friday Forum, after a final accounting of the fundraiser. The Spring Facility Fee, $16.00 will be due by January 4th's Friday Forum.

  • All parents of Friday Forum students must remain the entire morning and will have a responsibility each hour, as needed.

  • All parents, after the first class hour, please promptly transfer to your next assigned area of responsibility. Others, including second hour teachers, may be waiting on you in order to leave their first hour assignment.

  • Children who are not in a class must remain in the designated study area (the picnic tables in the main meeting room). They may bring school work from home or browse through the CHECL library. No children may wander the church premises or be outside without adult supervision.

  • Please review the Health Policy and the Conduct & Attire Policy, which are included in your member handbook and here on the website. Click here to go to these policies.

  • If you would like to bring a visitor, please inform Carol Davis or Tammy DeWitt beforehand.

Any suggestions or comments? Please see or contact Carol or Tammy.
